Film Archives: Summer 2019

Over the summer, I had to take an emergency trip to AC Underground for some studio supplies-- not wanting to take the ride by myself, I invited a couple of friends with the incentive that we could run over to Roxies for some grilled cheese and pinball-- they agreed to it. 

I always enjoy going back through old film I've shot multiple times— I feel that I become my best critic. 

There’s something really beautiful in symmetry—and it’s something I feel I’m constantly striving to perfect. Film is great because it always has me going back to my favorite spots, I won’t quit on a subject until I finally feel I’ve captured it the way it deserves to be captured. 

The best part? I’m just getting started.
